Meditation Is a Metaphor for Enlightenment

When meditating, you are able to experience qualities of enlightenment. This is an experience that is free from compulsive
identification with time, thought, and feeling. So, by choosing to meditate you are also choosing a position of freedom in relationship to life. Pretty cool.... and it is so very easy to achieve when following this three, very simple meditation instructions, as being discovered by the spiritual teacher Andrew Cohen; Be still. Be at ease. Pay attention.

Be still

What is most important for us is to become enlighten human being. In it included all the only good and it is for all, so no matter who you are, as long as your intentions are good it must be the thing you want the most. In an enlightenment state there is no movement and we experience total freedom. Being still is a metaphor for wanting to be free more than anything else.

Be at ease

At the ground of being there is no existential tension, since nothing as happened. There is only the freedom of enlightenment... If you let everything be you will discover the freedom that is always exist at the ground of your own being, where nothing could ever be wrong. Ease of being is a metaphor for letting everything be as it is.

Pay attention

Paying attention is a metaphor for having no relationship to the arising of thought or the presence of feeling. It is the experience of being aware of everything and at the same time being free of all things, that will free your mind and bring it to awareness beyond thoughts and feeling. You will become awake as only enlighten human can be by assuming a position of no relationship to the movements of thoughts and emotions.
